Mari J. Matsuda and Charles R. Lawrence III are professors of law at the Georgetown University Law Center. Richard Delgado is Charles Inglis Thomson Professor of Law at the University of Colorado. Kimberle Williams Crenshaw is professor of law at the University of California at Los Angeles. Mari J. Matsuda and Charles R.
